Had a great experience in the office with my son today. The staff ( front desk personnel, Kelly L. & Dr. J. Feldman) were so welcoming, courteous and professional. They helped make my son feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit.
It was meaningful to return to an office I've trusted since childhood, especially knowing many of my family members have also had positive experiences there. We look forward to beginning our braces journey with such a knowledgeable and caring team.

Yesterday was my son’s initial visit. I cannot say enough about what a great experience it was. From the initial phone conversation, to the welcoming at the front, to his name on the TV. These little details really made the experience joyful. It doesn’t stop there.
We were swept away quickly for a thorough consult, photos and X-rays. Their process runs smoothly, effortlessly and is highly impressive to me. No stone left unturned and they give you plenty of time to ask questions and address all concerns. No wonder they have the amazing reputation they do. Staff actually love their jobs.
Dr. Kelly is warm, friendly, fun and gentle. They got us in tomorrow for my son fitting. He’s actually excited for this right of passage.
The transparency of cost and payment options is incredible, making it truly affordable for all!
When your children have to commit their time to this process, you want to make sure it’s at a place that is time efficient and friendly. I know we are in the right place. Highly recommend!

The staff is incredibly friendly and easy to work with. We had three kids go through the braces process and we have always been happy with the results and each step of the process. Today our schools were closed because of a 17 inch snowfall and of course it is the day my youngest is booked in to get her braces off. The office opened and kept their appointments. We were amazed and I have one very happy teen!!

From the first consultation, Dr. Preeti Chandhoke and the team explained the entire teeth straightening process clearly and made sure I understood each step of my treatment plan. They were patient, answered all my questions, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel very manageable.

Appointments were efficient, the office was always clean and welcoming, and the staff was consistently friendly. I really appreciated how they checked in on my progress and adjusted things carefully to make sure my teeth were moving correctly. Our son had an amazing experience at Dr. Feldman’s office. Every person we encountered were friendly and helpful. Every appointment was made around our schedule. The extra things they did at the office, like the pumpkin decorating or gingerbread contests made it feel like a community and it was fun to go to the office. On top of all of the extras, my son’s teeth are straight and white. We would highly recommend Dr. Feldman’s office for all of your orthodontist needs.

My son was very nervous with the dentist and going to get braces. They immediately relaxed him and never stopped making it a fun time. Im actually going to miss going to the office. I cant recommend them enough. Every person in the office from front to back is happy, fun and really good at what they do.
