He is so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. His assistants are equally amazing, and together they make an incredible team! We were never left waiting, the front staff was always warm, welcoming, compassionate, and thorough, and they consistently let us know what to expect and how long appointments would take, making it easy to plan our schedules. Whenever an emergency came up, they always found a way to get us in quickly. While we primarily visited the Wallingford office, the staff at the other locations was just as wonderful whenever we needed to be seen there. In a time when so many medical offices are rushed, behind schedule, and lacking in customer service, Feldman Orthodontics is the complete opposite. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience. We're actually a little sad that our time there has come to an end because the entire team has been such a joy to work with. Best Orthodontist. After having a sour taste from a different orthodontist. The Feldman complete staff took care of my son.
